• Financial Data: To secure your booking, we collect payment card details. This data is encrypted and saved as a "card-on-file" for deposits, no-show fees, or final balances.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and cookies collected automatically via website traffic tools.

How We Use Your Information

We use your data strictly to operate our mobile service efficiently:

• Scheduling, dispatching, and routing our grooming van to your home.
• Sending automated appointment confirmations, text reminders, and arrival windows.

• Service Providers: Your data is shared with our primary operating platform, MoeGo, to facilitate online booking, smart van routing, secure payment processing (via MoeGo Pay), and client communication. MoeGo processes this information securely and in accordance with their own strict privacy standards.
• MoeGo Pay: All financial transactions are processed securely through MoeGo Pay (powered by Stripe). We never store, see, or have access to your raw credit card numbers on our local systems or website.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, or to protect the safety and rights of our staff, clients, or pets.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your personal details and home access codes. Only authorized staff managing schedules or performing the grooming have access to your address and property instructions.

Your Rights & Choices

You have complete control over your personal information. You may:

• Text Messaging Opt-Out: By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive transactional text messages (appointment confirmations, "on my way" alerts, and digital invoices). You can opt out of these text notifications at any time by replying STOP to any text received from us, though this may require manual scheduling adjustments over the phone.
  
• Request a copy of the personal data we store about you.
• Ask us to update, correct, or permanently delete your contact and pet data.

Photo, Video, and Media Release

By booking an appointment with Furever Tailored, you agree to the following terms regarding media captured during our mobile grooming services:

• Consent to Capture: You grant us permission to take photographs and video recordings of your pet before, during, and after the grooming process.
• Permitted Uses: We may use these images and videos on our website, social media profiles (such as Instagram and Facebook), marketing materials, and within our MoeGo client profiles.
• Privacy and Property Safeguards: We respect your residential privacy. We promise to carefully crop or edit all photos and videos to ensure your home address, vehicle license plates, house numbers, and family members are completely excluded or blurred.
• Ownership & Compensation: All media captured by our staff remains the exclusive property of Furever Tailored. You understand that you will not receive any financial compensation or royalties for the use of these photos or videos.
• How to Opt-Out: Your comfort is our priority. If you do not want your pet's photo shared publicly, you may opt-out at any time. Simply notify us in writing via email at hello@furevertailored.com or check the opt-out box on your MoeGo intake form, and we will strictly use photos for internal health tracking only.
